SoCal Food Allergy houses an on-site, one-of-a-kind Food Lab designed to deliver the specific protein dose requirements of our patients down to the milligram and microgram of protein. Our team of precision-focused food technicians currently prepares over 10,000 doses per month for our patients. We provide our patients with pre-measured doses for their at-home regimens for all doses that cannot be measured on a traditional measuring spoon set. Once doses increase to amounts that can be measured on a traditional measuring spoon set (i.e. ⅛ tsp peanut), each family will be responsible for providing and preparing those doses.
