What is the enrollment process?

The Tolerance Induction Program (TIP) is individualized for each child. The program requires both a personal and financial commitment to complete successfully. In an effort to provide clarity and transparency into the program commitments, below are the steps required to enroll your child into TIP:

  1. The first step is to fill out an enrollment form, which can be found by clicking this link.
  2. After filling out the form, our enrollment department will reach out to you by phone, email, or text to schedule a consultation call. During this call, your enrollment specialist will go over TIP in great detail and will answer your questions about our program. Many families use this call as a tool to decide if TIP is the right fit for their family.
  3. Once the consultation call has been completed,
  4. Families will receive a Financial Acknowledgement form via email to complete and submit to acknowledge the costs of the Tolerance Induction Program.
  5. Once the Financial Acknowledgement Form is submitted, families will receive an invoice for their first quarterly TIP program fee. This fee is fully refundable prior to your first appointment should you decide not to move forward in the program.
  6. Once payment is received, families will receive a pull notification email with a Food Intake Questionnaire that will need to be submitted.
  7. When the first three steps are completed, call to schedule your Onboarding appointment.

We appreciate your support and understanding of this process. Our goal is to reduce the time families must wait to enter the program.
