What is the patient intake process like?

We conduct extensive diagnostics in order to obtain a complete picture of your child’s immune system and allergic profile. The diagnostic testing phase allows our medical team to evaluate over 300 biomarkers for every patient. Depending on the individual needs and health of the patient, the following tests may be performed:

  • Skin testing
  • Food-specific IgE testing
  • Blood testing for food and environmental allergens (i.e. RAST)
  • Component Resolved Diagnostic testing
  • B-cell Immune Function analysis
  • Lung function analysis
  • Immune function analysis
  • Gastrointestinal function testing
  • Molecular level testing
  • Patch testing

Our comprehensive diagnostic and testing methodology, together with your child’s molecular and historical data, provides our medical team with the information necessary to design a treatment protocol that is specifically suited to your child’s immune system. The end result of the intake process is a molecular snapshot of how your child’s system views allergens, which you will receive during your second visit.
